We expect all of our attendees to abide by the below:
- Hate speech or any kind of divisive rhetoric is forbidden. We are an inclusive club, and wish to promote a friendly and welcoming atmosphere to all gamers.
- Over 18’s only. This is due to safeguarding requirements.
- Attendees are responsible for the safekeeping of their own possessions, and are expected to treat the possessions of the club and other attendees with due care and respect. Neither the Committee nor the Community Centre will be held responsible for any loss or damages.
- Membership fees will be due from all playing attendees and need to be paid on the night, or in advance. We are unable to offer credit to pay in lieu.
- You are welcome to bring your own food and (non-alcoholic) drink, but you are expected to use the bins and tidy up any mess or spillages – we have to leave the venue as we find it, and it’s not fair on other attendees or the Committee to have to tidy up your mess.
- A stipulation from the venue is that attendees *DO NOT* park in Old School Close. If the carpark is full, there is on street parking available on King St and other neighbouring roads, as well as the pay and display carpark behind Wetherspoons, a very short walk away.
- As always; Don’t be a dick. Respect your fellow gamers, as well as other users of the facilities.
Breach of any of the above will result in the Committee requesting that you leave the premises.
