As we approach the 1st anniversary of the club restarting (first Thursday in February), I want to again thank all our attendees for their support in making the club what it is 🙂 but more importantly, it’s time for the AGM (Annual General Meeting). This is a requirement of the club charter, and is an opportunity for our members to have a say in the runnings of the club, and to confirm that you are happy with the job that the committee is doing. To avoid making this all too formal, yet still meeting the requirements of our association and charter, we want to make this a relaxed opportunity to meet the committee (as let’s face it, we are all preoccupied with dice on club nights) and chat with us about what you want from the club, and if there’s anything you think could be done better, or to give us ideas for aims and goals in the future. As such, the club committee; myself (Dom), Steve, Rhys and Alfie, will be in Wetherspoons from around 8pm on the 29th of January. Please, come along, and get a say in how you want to see the club grow.
