Upcoming Warmachine Events!
Not one, but two upcoming events! First of all, South West Scrumpers have invited us to join them to fill space at their own upcoming booking – happy to help them out, I have jumped at the chance (Gary makes all my dice after all), resulting in this No Frills Bonus Round. July Hobby Time
The monthly gallery is now up! Find it in all the usual places 🙂 Slightly quieter this month, but I still blame the heat… Also – painting entries from the Warmachine Summer Slam event, held last weekend. The winner was #2; Congratulations to Jacob with his Brinebloods Scuttlebutt model, a very well deserved win in a field of tight competition.
Representing!
Back on the 11th of July, the Warmachine crew (or at least half of it) went to represent the club at an event held by Ocean City Minis in Plymouth. To mark the occasion (and intimidate our foes), we all got matching club shirts! It was a fun event, and we look forward to attending more at OCM in the future. The shirts feature the club logo on the front, the website address on the back along with a name of your choice, and have a shoulder patch to represent the game system / group within the wider TTC community…. Oops, only a little late this month…. I blame the heat! Though the heat hasn’t stopped our members; we have a bunch of awesome hobby as well as a second place painting prize for Best Painted Army from this years’ Welsh Masters event. Big congrats! Wow, that was quick! The Summer Slam is already all sold out! For now, I am operating a waiting list – please email [email protected] if you wish to be added. Meanwhile, I am investigating whether I can open up more spots, however even if I can, they will be very limited in number so make sure you are on the waiting list for first dibs.
